The Precia Molen Group has just completed the acquisition of 80% of CAPI SA in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire and its subsidiary CAPI BF in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. This operation confirms the ambitions of the specialist in industrial weighing in Africa, especially after the creation in 2008 of its subsidiary Precien Molen Maroc.

These companies specialize in the sale and service of industrial weighing instruments in French-speaking Africa where CAPI is a major player in weighing. The companies have a portfolio of customers supplied and have a workforce of 50 employees for a turnover of 4 M €.

Their acquisition will enable Precia Molen to increase its presence in this region of Africa.
