Rail Lubrication system, new effective solutions by Moklansa

Holzwickede-based, in Germany, Moklansa GmbH has focused on neuralgic points in rail traffic, the switches and curves are the two points in which the rails, tongues, check rails and wheels suffer immense wearing.

The German company has unveiled new effective solutions in rail lubrication system, the system E3S. Through the lubrication of the rail flank with the track lubrication system E3S, the wearing is reduced, that means longer idle times and less maintenance expenditure.

The system E3S can also be applied in all customary rail profiles and wheel flanges, and furthermore, a central lubrication technology that can ensure the same reproducible amount of lubricant, irrespective of the lengths of hoses and temperature fluctuations.

Most important, E3S is bio-degradable and it is dosed precisely and economically without soiling the track bed. The wetting of the rail head SKBS mitigates noise exposure and leads to a better quality of life and customer satisfaction.
