But the Sky Pool’s specialty is a swimming pool extending 10 feet beyond the edge of the building and giving illusion of swimming above Houston’s city thanks to the bottom of the pool designed in plexiglass with 8 inch thick. The bottom part hangs over the side of the block of apartments, and it was built at 500 feet above the ground.
