Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe inaugurated in August its new European center for spare parts, training and demonstration in Bettancourt near the historic plant of Saint-Dizier (52).

This brand new logistics center employs 30 people and manages about 15,000 references, provides 200 orders per day representing the daily shipment of 3,500 pieces. The value of the stock is € 6.5 million.

"We have 7 Kardex storage cabinets whose height reaches 10 m for an increased capacity. At training level, we have created a dedicated space with a presentation room and a practical workshop of 150 m² allowing to perform exercises on the parts Hydraulic, electric and mechanical in motorization", assures Arnaud Berthier, director of the two sites, Bettancourt and Saint-Dizier. The training center is expected to accommodate 400 people per year, the courses are conducted in 7 languages by 3 trainers and 4 other tourists.
