Petro Sea Logistics, a joint venture between Belgian Sea-Invests and Ivorian Petroci, added a Grove GMK6400 all-terrain crane to its fleet. The machine is able to manage the constraints encountered in the oil & gas sector.

The crane, supplied by the Manitowoc dealer Paterson Simons, has a capacity of 400 t and has a 60 m boom. Its optional stabilization system, self-adjusting winch and MegaWingLift system (which can increase its capacity by up to 70%) has made it one of the most popular cranes in Grove’s history. The machine must start its oil operations on the port of Abidjan.

Two new models were ordered: the new 100 t GMK4100L-1 crane with a 60 m boom and the 180 t GMK5180-1 crane with a 64 m boom, including the VIAB turbo clutch.
