At Sewerin, the goal confirmed by Maxime Kieffer, head of sales and marketing for the German brand, is today to develop in this market. For this, the range of electro-acoustic detectors has been enriched by the Aquaphon A200, which is particularly well adapted to extreme conditions. More ergonomic, with always an excellent technical quality of microphones and intelligent analysis functions. Used for both pre-localization and leak location, the A200, which is the top of the range, is larger and more comfortable, and comes with a 5.7 " touch interface that display values at a glance. The sound intensity is represented graphically and numerically. The previous values are also displayed to facilitate comparisons, as well as analysis of current noise frequencies.
The Aquaphon A50 is the entry-level. Compact, light and handy, it allows the electroacoustic localization of water leaks. With its optimized tilt angle display and automatic rotation (180 °) display, it will provide easy reading regardless of the position of the receiver. Particularly profitable, it is now available wirelessly.
Of course, the experience of the user plays a crucial role for the electroacoustic localization, which is why Sewerin aims to simplify its devices and train the future users through training that the manufacturer proposes as an additional service. Thus more than 150 people were trained last year by the manufacturer.
"We rely heavily on the associated services. The training, but also the maintenance and the reduction of the time of repair constitute our horse of battle. We have the ability to repair equipment in 2 days, an undeniable asset to our brand, "explains the manager. "Today we are 21 people in France, but our development to collect the additional volume on the market in growth, should allow us to enter the term" insists Maxime Kieffer.
