My-NDS Launches Wireless Structural Radar

My-NDS, a provider of solutions for the detection of underground networks, took advantage of the Pollutec show to launch the Quantum Mini, a structure survey radar which, thanks to its two simultaneous display frequencies, facilitates auscultation of Concrete walls, or any other hard-to-reach surface.

Inspired by the newest Quantum ground-based radar, the Quantum Mini incorporates both a 1GHz antenna for high-resolution display of shallow data and a 2GHz antenna that focuses on ultra-shallow a very high resolution. Robust, handy, and wireless, it offers an ideal frequency range for the study of concrete walls and slabs in an exhaustive way.

The Quantum Mini thus prevents the operator from performing multiple tests and antenna changes as he would with other solution to adapt to his study. It also proposes an immediate and simultaneous display of the two frequencies conventionally used in real conditions.

With its large touchscreen and intuitive software, the grip is effective and the interpretation of the operator facilitated. Several automated filters and treatments are available for optimal visualization during the study. In addition, a specific acquisition mode is available to acquire data to create 3-dimensional rendering.
