SEIDCO to work on Dubai Properties

SEIDCO General Contracting has been selected as the main contractor by Dubai Properties for its Bellevue Towers residential project located in the Burj Khalifa District.

The tower will offer 319 units, 159 one-bedroom apartments, 105 two-bedroom apartments, 42 three-bedroom apartments, ten penthouses and three loft apartments.

"Choosing the right contractor for an iconic project such as Bellevue Towers is crucial and we are pleased to have appointed SEIDCO as our trusted partner to bring the project to life." said Marwan Al Kindi, Dubai Properties executive director of sales and sales operations.

Under the contract, worth more than $54M, construction work is expected to be complete in 2019.
