"With the InLine Pave train - consisting a feeder MT 3000-2i PowerFeeder, a SUper 2100-3i IP for placing binder course and another for paving the surface course - and the Super 1800-3i, we own the most completed fleet regarding the machines for the rehabilitation of roads, "says Bernd Malcharek, President of Rask Brandenburg GmbH. For its part, the InLine Pave process allows the different stages of rehabilitation at once. In other words, the two pavers working in a straight line one behind the other, so that one lane can remain open to traffic. The PowerFeeder MT 3000-2i, automatic distance control, ensures a continuous supply of material. Operators can concentrate only on laying. The major component of the InLine Pave process is the Super 2100-3i IP for placing binder course. This advanced machine has an extension of 1m of conveyor. It transfers the mix for the surface course to the downstream paver.
The Super 2100-3i IP is also equipped with an extending screed AB 600 TP2 Plus. The Super 1800-3i SprayJet, meanwhile, has a water spray system and wider crawler tracks. For spray applications, it also has a removable SprayJet module allowing it to pave and accurately spray the emulsion.
