The construction will aim to link the states of Kentucky and Indiana. The main bridge span is 365 m. The pavement is supported through the stays cable, with two pylons of 90 m height. The hinge bars of the lower pylons, inclined outwards, are of passive design. In the upper part, they are inclined inwardly and have a box-like cross-section. The sections are being progressively eliminated upwardly and a slight bend generates a constant inclination variation of a concreting phase to another. Two cross beams of 3.65 m thick, are also made of poured in place concrete.
