Whether for airport or highway tasks, the Volvo DD120C and DD140C are designed to ensure smooth asphalt laying in a minimum of passes. With a weight of 12.5 t and 13.8 t respectively, they have widths of 200 cm and 213 cm. They combine a high centrifugal force, a heavy weight with the stop and a beautiful amplitude for a perfect compaction. Both are powered by a 148-liter Volvo D13J Tier 4F engine with a 20% reduction in fuel consumption.
