The MTU Series 1000 engines comply with Stage IV / Tier 4F emission standards. They will feed the new JS 300, JS 330 and JS 370 tracked excavators that JCB has just launched on the market. The tracked excavators, with an operational weight between 30 and 37 t, will be powered by a 6-cylinder unit with a power of up to 210 kW. Note that the new wheel loader JCB 457, launched on the market two years ago, is already driven by MTU 1000 series engines.
