Atlas Copco scoops major orders for Colombian road infrastructure

Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, will provide equipments for vital road projects in Colombia as the country is building up its infrastructure.

Colombia’s Fourth Generation (4G) road infrastructure program to accelerate its economic development involves more than 8 000 kilometers of high-quality roads, including tunnels. Several Colombian construction companies that are part of this project had placed orders totaling MUSD 13 (MSEK 115) for Atlas Copco equipment.

The Atlas Copco machines include drilling rigs, concrete spraying mobiles, and much more. These products are well-known for their high productivity, energy efficiency, safety and ergonomics.
