This agreement will enable Hlavinka Equipment Company and FAE USA to consolidate their positions in the developing construction sector in the southwestern United States. Hlavinka Equipment Company will cover southern Louisiana, Houston and Golden Triangle, Austin, the great San Antonio corridor and IH35 corridor, Coprus Christi and the Gulf region, as well as the Rio Grande Valley.

As a dealer, Hlavinka Equipment Company will offer equipment for sale, spare parts and associated service. The two partners will be present at Conexpo from March 7 to 11 in Las Vegas.
