The operation, valued at 5.5 billion Peruvian Sols (1.5 billion euros), allows Vinci Highways to take possession of the concession contract of Lamsac with the municipality of Lima, covering the construction, Operation and Maintenance of the Linea Amarilla until November 2049. In 2016, on this stretch, traffic is 139,300 vehicles / day. It will continue to increase with the construction of a new section linking the existing motorway to the port of Callao.
