Terex Finlay launches its I-140 Percussion Crusher

Terex Finlay is launching a new horizontal impact crusher, the I-140, with direct drive of 1270 mm x 1240 mm and variable speed. Its advantage: the Terex CR032 chamber makes it possible to obtain excellent reduction coefficients and a very homogeneous product form.

The important engineering approach implemented in this model concerns the circulation of the material in the installation. The flow of material has been considerably improved by increasing the width of the components as the material progresses through the machine.

The crusher is equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic control system to monitor and control the rotor speed, but also to regulate the reinforced vibrating feeder with an integrated pre-screen to maintain a constant flow of material into the chamber. Crushing and thus guarantee optimum grinding conditions.

The material from the built-in pre-screen can be diverted to a storage heap through an optional waste rock conveyor, or join the crushed products on the main mat. Thanks to the standard capacity of its 6 m³ hopper, this machine is successfully positioned in a very competitive market.
