To meet the limits encountered, namely fuel consumption and mobility, the teams of the manufacturer worked on two systems: hydrostatic transmission, and mechanical transmission via the transmission shaft.

The L 576 XPower loader is equipped with a Stage IV emission control engine, which no longer has particle filters or EGR (exhaust gas recirculation), to the benefit of SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) Using AdBlue. All these characteristics reduce the fuel consumption of the L 576 by 15 to 20% on average compared to the previous generation.
