ITALY: Comer Industries crowned with innovation’s prize

During the ceremony at the Quirinal Palace in Rome, the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Matterella, had awarded a prize( "Premio dei premi") to Comer Industries, in recognition of his outstanding work of innovation.

Comer Industries has been crowned the Andrea Pininfarina Companies for Innovation Award and it is one of the nine companies to have received the "Premio dei Premi" presented by the Prime Minister’s office as part of National Day of the innovation in Italy. Distinguished by the President of the Italian Republic himself, Comer Industries was recognized for having "promoted Italian’s excellence around the world."

The original company of Reggio Emilia made on innovation since 1970 and has turned itself as a main actor in the design and production of advanced engineering systems and mechatronic solutions in the field of transmissions. It continues to evolve by following a "business model" based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
