Yanmar confirms the acquisition of Terex Compact Germany

The specialist of the mini excavators Yanmar Holdings has officially announced the acquisition of Terex Compact Germany, branch of Terex Corporation Group, for a total amount of 60 M$.

The acquisition includes the Terex Corporation activities on the production and sale of wheel loaders, excavators, and wheel excavators as well as Terex Compact facilities in Germany.(Production plant in Crailsheim and the logistics of the spare parts center sited in Rothe).

The transaction has enables the Group Yanmar to expand significantly its sales networks and services in major markets in Europe and North America, along with its overall product offering.
