Vögele and Hamm in pole position in Norway
As part of the renovation of the Gardermoen circuit near Oslo, Norway, the road construction company Stange Asfalt AS has mobilized Vögele and Hamm equipment.

In a drag racing race, the riders reach extremely high speeds (500 km / h). The track of the circuit must therefore be impeccable. For its renovation, the circuit of Gradermoen imposed a width of 4.5 m (with a margin of 2 mm max) and an inclination in the turns of + 1 °. The slightest irregularity can influence the performance of the dragster.

PUBLICITÉ
In order to achieve this level of accuracy Norwegian company Stange Asfalt AS has left nothing to chance. A Super 1900-3i finisher was put to work, equipped with two Vögele multi-cell sound sensors, to control the asphalt laying.

It was accompanied by a MT 3000-2i Offset feeder and two Hamm computers, DV 70 VO and DV 90 VO. The latter sported vibrating and oscillating drums enabling them to efficiently compact the three layers of the new track.
