The Potain MR 608 offers the best performance when equipped with the 150 LVF 80 hoist. The LVF 80 gives it exceptional lifting capacity for high-rise buildings. The maximum crane capacity is 32 t and the maximum boom length is 72.2 m.

Work began in late August with the removal of the existing fixed roof. This phase is expected to be completed by 2017. The project involves the installation of a new retractable roof, the creation of 900 additional spaces and a new public square to replace Court 19. All development will be operational By 2019.
