Eiffage intensifies its business in concessions

AREA , APRR  subsidiary, the motorway concession of Eiffage’s group, had signed an agreement  to purchase 46.1% of the entire of Bouygues’s  group in  Adelac (Highway of two lakes), French motorway company .

Adelac is the concessionaire until 2060 of the A41 North linking Annecy and Geneva, in the continuity of APRR & AREA network. Adelac was created in 2005 for AREA shareholder with 49.9%. The company has been operating since 2008 and operated by AREA.

PUBLICITÉ
Following the sale project initiated by Bouygues of its stake of 46.1% of Adelac capital, AREA has exercised its pre-emptions rights of € 130 million. As part of an internal reorganization of that participation, it is expected that AREA would then yielded those 46.1% in Eiffage and Macquarie Autoroutes de France 2.
